This new build contemporary apartment is situated in Muo, a pretty village approx 15 mins walk of Kotor old town and has spectacular views over the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. 3 min walk takes you to the shoreline where you can swim in the fjord or just relax and enjoy the views. The apartment has a shared pool, private balcony, air-conditioning and private parking. There are restaurants and bars and a local shop within easy walking distance. The apartment has a large balcony to the front, fully fitted kitchen, living/dining with sofa bed and large double bedroom. For families with young children, there is a travel cot provided.

15 metres to shore line and small beach. 15-20 mins drive to nearest tourist beaches.

Travel
The nearest airport is Tivat which is a 10 min drive, although direct flights are currently limited. Dubrovnik airport has more flight options and is about a 70 min drive. Ferry crossing from Bari in Italy to Bar in Southern Montenegro. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Kotor Old Town is 5 mins away by car/15 mins on foot. Buses also run near to the apartment and taxis can be found in plentiful supply. The walk from Muo passes a daily fresh food and antiques market and the Kotor marina with its collection of pleasure boats, yachts and the occasional cruise liners.

Further details
Kotor is a beautiful historic medieval town with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. It is one of the most exquisitely preserved medieval centres in the mediterraean and is a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located 30km south of the Croatian border, 50km south of Dubrovnik airport and just 10 mins from Tivat airport. Kotor old town is only a pleasant 15-20 min stroll from the apartment.
