This new build contemporary apartment is situated in Muo, a pretty village within 15 mins walk of Kotor old town and has spectacular views over the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. 1 min walk takes you to the shoreline where you can swim in the fjord or just relax and enjoy the views. The apartment has a shared pool, private balcony, air-conditioning and private parking. There are restaurants and bars and a local shop within easy walking distance. The apartment has a large balcony to the front, fully fitted kitchen, living/dining with sofa bed and large double bedroom. For families with young children, there is a travel cot provided.

15 metres to shore line and small beach. 15-20 mins drive to nearest tourist beaches.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tivat which is a 10 min drive, although direct flights are currently limited. Dubrovnik airport has more flight options and is about a 70 min drive. Ferry crossing from Bari in Italy to Bar in Southern Montenegro. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Kotor Old Town is 5 mins away by car/15 mins on foot. Buses also run near to the apartment and taxis can be found in plentiful supply.
Further details
Kotor is a beautiful historic medieval town with numerous bars and restaurants. It is a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located 30km south of the Croatian border, 50km south of Dubrovnik airport and just 10 mins from Tivat airport. Kotor old town is only a pleasant 10-15 min stroll from the apartment.

25% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be included on request for an extra fee.
