Payable in full at time of booking for rental periods up to end August-08. For rentals after 30-Aug, 30% deposit, then balance 2 months before rental start date. Short notice bookings (less than 1 weeks before rental period) can be paid in cash on arrival. This apartment has only just been advertised (28-Apr) for short term rentals and for a very short time (until ~11-May-08) is also being advertised for a 1 year long term let. Bookings taken before 11-May will be fully advertised.
