The property is well situated to either explore the fantastic Kotor Bay or just enjoy the sun in the private garden. An ideal location for couples or small families. The local towns of Herceg Novi and Igalo are establishing themselves as popular destinations with beaches, coastal restaurants, shops and entertainment. The historic and extremely popular town of Kotor with its harbour, old cobbled streets, restaurants and the occasional celebrity is a 45 minute drive around the picturesque bay. The spacious accommodation sleeps 2 - 4 comfortably and is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing summer break.

Accessibility
The property is situated in a mountain village so a hire car is recommended for access to the property. There is a private driveway with parking for at least 2 cars.
From the drive there are a small number of steps across the patio to reach the threshold of the property. These do not prevent access to guests in wheelchairs but will need to be considered.
Outside
The garden rises to the side of the patio and is full of mature trees. The patio is large and the long balcony provide views of the mountains across the valley.
There are garden chairs, recliners and a parasol available at the property.
Coast/Beach
The closest beaches are only 5 minutes drive away. They are a mixture of sand and shingle and slope gently so are ideal for children.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dubrovnik, Croatia. Sutorina is one of the closest settlements to the Croatian border so this airport is only approximately a 20 minute drive away, although time for crossing the border control point has to be considered.
Tivat is the other option. The drive is about 1 hour, including the car ferry across the bay.
Car hire is recommended for this property due to its location in the mountain village.

Sutorina has a small local shop which is in walking distance.
About a 3 minute drive away is a large supermarket, described locally as a cash and carry.
Restaurants and bars can be found in the local towns of Herceg Novi and Igalo. There are also others dotted along the main road through the area.

£100 refundable deposit required with final payment to cover any material damage.
Final payment -
