Welcome to Villa Stoliv. Villa Stoliv is a solid stone villa which is one of only a small number of houses that are built on the waterside in the whole of Kotor Bay. Its jetty or punta as it is known in Montenegro project into the bay, ideal for fishing or swimming or just taking in the magnificent views. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms all with en-suites of which all have sea views. On the ground floor there is a small washroom, kitchen, open living/dining room patio doors leading straight out onto the punta where you can relax and watch the yachts pass by your back door as you take in the spectacular views.

(No need to walk to the beach, as the Punta leads straight out into the sea!) Private parking for 2-3 cars opposite villa.
