The chalet is brand new, luxurious, beautiful and spacious, in the best location in Zabljak, the charming ski village in the center of Durmitor and Tara Canyon National Park (UNESCO’s world inheritance). It has been built and furnished to a very high standard, You will feel at home immediately, the house is friendly and cosy; the furnishing is luxurious, in warm colours. Hotel 'Jezera', 80m from the Villa, gives you the opportunity of using all their facilities, such as hairdressers, massage, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, restaurant, internet access.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Final cleaning 60 euro. Water, gas, electricity, linen and towels included in the rental rate. No extra costs.
Changeover day
Satarday is our changeover day, however we can sometimes be flexible on this, so please let us know your preferred arrival and departure dates and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Outside
The chalet is surrounded by a garden with outdoor furniture: table and chairs. In front of the villa there is a great green park where the children can safely play. At 80m there is Hotel Jezera, with pool, massage, sauna, internet, restaurant, cafè.
Coast/Beach
There is a lovely lake at 800m and in summer is possible to swim.
Skiing
The ski resort Zabljak is the center of Durmitor's National Park area, and capital of the mountain tourism in Montenegro. Zabljak is interesting for visitors in all seasons. Firstly it is an excellent mountain ski centre with perfectly equipped slopes as well as possibilities for free riding. Ski season lasts until the middle of April. Also there are numerous routes for cross-country skiing around the town. There is also skidoo hire and ice skating on Black Lake. English speaking instructors are available
Special interest holidays
Opportunities for mountaineering, marked walking routes, excursions to ice-caves and the cascade of glacier lakes are at your service. The Tara Canyon is attractive for rafting lovers from different countries. If you are not ready to raft by yourself, you can find here several programs for beginners with all needed equipment and with guiding of skilled instructors. All town travel agencies suggest various types of rafting down the Tara and Drina Rivers.

Dubrovnik airport 170km. direct flights form London (BA and Croatian Airlines), Manchester, Glasgow and Notthingam (Croatian Airlines), Dublin (aer Lingus). Podgorica and Tivat airports 150km and 230km: direct flights form London (Jat Airways), Paris, Rome, Frankfurt and Zurich (Montenegro Airlines). Route from Dubrovnik: Dubrovnik, Trebinje, Vilusi, Niksic, Savnik, Zabljak. Road from Tivat/Podgorica: Tivat, Podgorica, Niksic, Savnik, Zabljak. Transfers can be arranged.

Black Lake 800m. Zabljak center 500m. Nearest ski slopes 1km. Tara Canyon 20km. Coast 180km.
Further details
Zabljak has all you need on your holiday, with around 10 good restaurants; 5 bars; a nightclub; 1 bank; 2 supermarkets. It also is a great base for a number of activities. In the winter, as well as skiing and boarding you can try snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, parapenting and dog sledding. In the summer there is a fantastic range of activities, from the leisurely to the adrenalin fuelled. You can hike, bike or climb up mountains; swim in the black lake; go horse riding; or why not try parapenting, white water rafting, fly-fishing cannoning or archery? If you fancy taking a break from the mountains. The wonderful Montenegro beaches are just 2 hours drive.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable at arrival. A damage deposit of 250 euros is required at the beginning of your stay.
