Air conditioning and heating with double glazed windows for comfort.
Accessibility
Property on second floor up stairs (no lift) so unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility/walking difficulties.
Outside
Outside are lots of squares with restaurants, churches, museums etc. and short walk up mountain to good views.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to Kotor port/waterfront. About 5-10 minutes walk to nearest bayside beaches and pool. 20-25 minutes drive to large sandy beaches with facilities (Blue Horizons, Jaz, etc.).
Golf
Golf nearby currently only in planning stage - will be some time before course is laid.
Skiing
Montenegro has good value and friendly skiing at Kolasin (2 hours drive) and higher altitude at Durmitor/Zabljak (3.5-4.5 hours drive until new road completed). See MN163 ski chalet just 200 metres from Savin Kuk ski lift for summer and winter fun (skiing, rambling, mountain biking, rafting, etc) in dramatic location.
