Enjoy what Montenegro has to offer from this desirable location of the small fishing village of Stoliv. Only 15 minutes drive away is the medieval walled town of Kotor, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site, which is crammed with tiny shops, restaurants and coffee houses, as well as the many churches on every corner. Kotor harbour is always packed full of luxurious yachts from all around the Med and beyond. The apartment is also 15 mins from Tivat airport and town, and perfectly situated for access to other coastal towns. This first floor studio apartment is newly built and has room for 3 to sleep (one double and a single). The apartment is modern in style and enjoys spectacular views of the crystal waters of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains from its wide balcony. The apartment is situated only 60m from the beach. This is the perfect place for a quiet stroll or, in the summer months, to enjoy sunbathing, swimming and a drink at the beach bar.

Travel
Main airport for access from UK is Dubrovnik, Croatia. Only 1hr 15mins drive away. Tivat airport 15 mins away. Car hire is essential and easy to arrange.
Distances
15 min drive to towns of Kotor and Tivat, two places of interest on the bay. Budva, on the Adriatic, is just over an hour drive away and has many beautiful beaches as well as the old medieval town to explore. Svleti Stefan, a small old walled town jutting out into the sea, is 15 mins past Budva and has lovely beaches. Dubrovnik's old town, in Croatia, is an old walled city jutting out into the sea and is definitely worth a day trip - 1.5 hrs drive from Stoliv.
Further details
Kotor is the closest town with all main amenities - larger supermarkets, main post office, open market, restaurants, bars, nightclub. A 5 min walk away from the apartment is a small supermarket. The villages of Stoliv and Prcanj have small bars of their own, and many little shops such as small 'markets' and bakers.
