Dubrovnik and Kotor are 25km away, both recognised Unesco World Heritage sites. The apartments are beautifully decorated and have panoramic views of the bay. All have air conditioning, separate patio areas for alfresco dining and there are two large roof top terraces with sun beds available for guests’ use. There is also a large built-in BBQ. Notes on accommodation
The apartments are spacious, light and airy. They are furnished with care, equipped to a very high standard and are in immaculate condition, having been recently re-furbished. There is air conditioning in each apartment and as well as mains water the villa has its own supply tank. All windows and French doors have shutters. As there are separate entrances for each apartment the villa lends itself well to being individually rented or let as a whole. The property is suitable for children. The villa offers a travel cot and high chair. Towels for internal use and linen are provided.
Accessibility
A car is recommended for this property, for which there is excellent parking space available. As the villa is situated on the Zvinje hillside there is a short series tight bends to negotiate and a number of steps up to the property. Access from the rear has just a few steps down to the property.
Outside
There is a built-in BBQ. Garden furniture is provided for alfresco dining. The garden has various fruit trees including Almond Cherry, Lemon and Fig. Steps from the garden lead up to two roof top terraces for sunbathing. Secure private parking for two cars with more space available at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated on a hillside overlooking the Kotorska Bay, and has stunning sea views from all terraces. There are many beaches along the coastline of Montenegro, some sandy, some gravel and rock.
Travel
Dubrovnik airport is 25km and has flights from the UK most days. British Airways, Croatia Airlines Flybe Thomsonfly all fly to Dubrovnik. Tivat airport (1 hr) flights on Saturdays from Heathrow during the summer months. JAT and Montenegro airlines fly to Tivat. Easyjet and Wizzair fly to Split which is a leisurely drive to this villa offering breathtaking coastal views of the Adriatic at even cheaper flight costs.

Approx 30km from Dubrovnik and Tivat airports. 8km to Herceg Novi. 30km to Kotor. 45km to Budva.
Further details
Banks, including cash points, the food market, clothes shops etc are available in Herceg Novi. The coastal resort of Igalo is 5 minutes by car from the villa and is home of the renowned Igalo Spa and Health Centre. It’s the largest and best known institution for multi disciplinary and European Spa treatment in the Mediterranean. The Spa specialises in preventative and physical medicines, rehabilitation, wellness, fitness and sport, massage, facials, hydrotherapy, thermal waters, balneotherapy and mud applications. Igalo is adjoined to Herceg Novi along the 7km promenade, Pet Danica. There are many waterside restaurants serving international cuisine, beaches, bars, discos and shops. There is a beautiful Marina where boats can be hired or water tours booked to the Kotor Fjord or the Blue Grotto.
