Air-conditioned, walled garden suitable for young children, no smoking, pets by prior arrangement.

BBQ terrace, private enclosed garden. Shaded eating area with direct views over the bay, sun terrace with views. Parking even in high season usually not a problem.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Payment of the balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the let. A refundable security deposit of 150 euros payable in cash is required on arrival to cover any breakages.

We are an expatriate British family currently living in Austria. We purchased the property in 2006 when we fell in love with the Boka Bay area. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do. Julie and Tony.

We bought this property because it sits 10 meters from the waterfront of Boka Bay.
Unique benefits of the property
We find the house especially convenient because it is away from the summer crowds but only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants of Kotor town. Our favourite pastime there is barbecuing on the terrace and watching the cruise ships directly across the bay in Kotor harbour.
