In the prettiest town on the Montenegrin Sea, 250 meters from the coast we are offering you two types of modern apartment. GOLD type – bedroom with one single and one double bed, living room with two double beds, kitchen, bathroom, cable TV and air-conditioning, balcony, altogether 7 beds. SILVER type – bedroom/living room with two single and one double bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, cable TV and air-conditioning, altogether 4 beds. We have 3 apartments of each type. Our building has its own tank with water and it has continual fresh water all day in summer. The building was built in 2001. Each apartment has one car parking space.

The price is for letting whole apartment during one day.
The staying tax is not included in the price and guests have to pay this after their arrival by the law of Montenegrin Tourism Council.
10% discount for 30 days and winter lets.

Coast/Beach
You can get the Slovenska plaza Beach in 7-8 minutes on foot. It is also just a short walk to the many beautiful beaches of the Budva.
Travel
You can fly to Tivat, 20 mins by car, or Podgorica, 1 hour by car in Montengro, Alternatively Dubrovnik is only 1 hr 40 mins by car along the beautiful Montenegran coastline, including a great little ferry trip accross the Fjord (approx 3 euros 50).
Distances
Budva Old Town is 10 min walk at a very easy pace as are the local beaches. Sveti Stefan is 10 mins by car. Kotor is aournd 30 mins by car and Podgorica around an hour.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 2 weeks before your stay.
