Local shop 200m away, supermarket 800m away, post office and hospital 300m away, numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kotor is a UNESCO protected town. There are no cars within the town only cobbled streets and alleys. Boat trips are available from the marina outside where there is also a daily fresh food market selling organic products. From within the Old Town are the steps to the old fort with stunning views of the Boka Bay, which claim the title of the deepest fjord in the Mediterranean, officially on the list of 'The Most Beautiful Bays in the World'.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Final payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. You will be met by an English speaking agent who will show you the apartment and will request a 150 euro breakage/damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.
