The above prices are per week in UK Pounds.
Price includes a welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and fruit juice) and an information pack containing details about the local area/attractions and things to do/restaurants/pharmacies/medical centres/useful phrases in Serbian and contact telephone numbers for our local agents in case of any problems.
Discounts for long term winter lets can be negotiated.
Changeover day
During the summer season Saturday is the preferred changeover day however please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate other arrival / departure days if bookings allow.

Notes on accommodation
Travel cot and highchair ('Chicco') suitable for 0-2 yrs can be rented from the management company.
The property also has it's own water reservoir so water shortages do not affect the villa. Early in 2008 a back-up electricity generator will be installed making the villa totally self sufficient.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to coast and to Herceg Novi town with restaurants, banks and shops. Beaches in the Bay of Kotor tend to be stony, the average sea temperature in summer is 27 deg C. There is a 7 km long promenade stretching along the Herceg Novi waterfront with restaurants, bars, cafes, cinema, shops plus watersports and boat trips/boat rental.
Travel
The villa is easily accessible from two international airports: Tivat is a 30 min drive (plus ferry crossing) Dubrovnik is a 30 min drive plus border crossing. There are direct flights to Tivat Airport from London Heathrow every Saturday (JAT Airways) in summer. BA and Croatian operate daily flights to Dubrovnik from London Gatwick 8 months of the year. It is possible to fly with chartered operators to Dubrovnik Airport (including Thomson). Car rental essential for this villa.

Herceg Novi (13th century) Old Town is a maze of cobbled streets and beautiful squares, with pavement cafes, shops, banks and supermarkets. ATMs here take all types of card.
The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive from the villa. The villa is on the doorstep of the fabulous Bay of Kotor and Mt Orjen. Both a waterlovers and mountain adventure paradise. The range of activities available in the area is huge - and includes diving, mountain biking, hiking, horseriding, paragliding, white water rafting, kayaking, boat excursions, day trips to stunning Dubrovnik and beautiful Mostar and many more.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the let. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR in cash is required on arrival to cover any damages / breakages.
