Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenari ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc.

The apartments have a lot of stairs and are not suitable for wheelchair users, but if they decided to visit our property we will give them a hand.

Coast/Beach
The properties are only 1 minute from the sea. The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car.

Near our property is a village called Njegusi and mountain Lovcen which is suitable for skiing. It is 40 minutes drive from Lepetane.

We offer to our guests one free trip to the islands Lady of Rock and St. George.
