This comfortable and well equipped studio is in a perfect location! It's in the a very comfortable area. It takes about 2-3 min walking to the water front with nice café's and bars and some very nice restaurants among the promenade and the Marina Yacht Harbor. The beach located in Igalo , which is about a 10 min walk. The historical centre of the old town is located on another side and takes about a 5 min walk. Car rent, restaurants, shops are all just a few steps away. The house is surrounded by a lot of trees and flowers. They're cooling the heat in the summer time. We also can provide you with good tips about local food, people, prices etc. Don't hesitate to ask. We will be happy to share with you our experience in Montenegro.

The bay of Kotor is a "Unesco" protected bay surrounded by mountains just 45 kilometers south of Dubrovnik. In the mouth of the bay lies the city of Herceq Novi. Herceq Novi is a small town with an old city centre, several fortresses and a nice marina with a restaurant "Marina Club/Herceg Novi" with an excellent services. Furthermore the city is well known for it's Artist culture and lively atmosphere, especially in summertime.
