Beachfront apartment 'I Love Njivice' and Stdio are situated in a family, Mediterranean villa, just on the water edge (first line of houses), with beach, jetty, mooring and beautiful view of the Herceg Novi and Boka Kotorska Bay. In the organic garden are kiwi, grape vines, orange, lemon, banana, fig, oleanders, magnolia and flowers! A private stairway beside the house leads straight to the beach, to enjoy the sea. The sun comes up early in Njivice, and that is our favourite part of the day, as you can warm up under the gentle sun, watch the calm sea, while you slowly sip your first morning cup of coffee on one of the balconies of the house or sitting at the beach. Breathing in the morning salty sea air early in the day feels incredibly soothing and relaxing. The villa itself has three floors with own separate entrance. The third floor consists of a self-catering beachfront apartment with 2 rooms. Studio, self-catering, has garden view. More info at Owners web (look at end of page).

Situated on the shoreline of Boka Kotorska Bay, beachfront apartment "I Love Njivice" has many comparative advantages. You can discover the beautiful under-the-sea world in Njivice and surrounding. It is a great place to do snorkeling and in the vicinity there are several scuba diving clubs. The air is filled with the smell of the organic fruit garden, Mediterranean greenery and flowers - to contribute to your amazing holiday. Inhalation of sea air is permanent, even when you are sleeping! There are rolling nets-door on balcony. The caver patio in front of the entrance of the apartment, "stone terrace", is convenient for relaxing eating and maintains. Close distance to many attractive places: beside Dubrovnik, we suggest that you visit Old Town of Kotor, Perast and Risan. The distance is 3 to 50km, there is scenic road around the bay shores. Some of these towns still have old fortresses, churches from the 13th century and museums that you will enjoy seeing. Yes, you will Love Njivice!
Coast/Beach
The property is right on the Beach with natural shade of tamaris, mooring, jetty and 4 lounge beds, Other beaches are at 30m. Since Njivice is located by the bay, the sea is calmer and also a few degrees warmer than the open sea. However, the open sea is just minutes away. Just outside the bay there is an old forte on the Island Mamula that's surrounded by cool, crystal-clear water and beaches Dobrec, Zanjic, Miriste. Boat excursion or renting a boat, windsurfing board is possible to arrange.
Special interest holidays
Your host (all members off the family) like and practice sport and big game fishing and snorkeling. We suggest you to bring the equipment for those activities. Specially for children! We shall organize for you some attraction in area! We advise you to take your digital camera with accessories for underwater shooting! It is a great privilege even to enjoy in watching! Travel
The apartment is easily accessible from 2 international airports: Tivat (Montenegro) and Dubrovnik (Croatia). Both receive direct flights from London. Airport transfers can be arranged from both, approx 40 min drive away. A car is recommended. If you want to call taxi or rent a car, it can be arranged upon request. Property has a private parking. A mini bus service from Njivice to/from Igalo and Herceg Novi runs regularly but can be busy in during the season. Welcome!
Distances
Excursion to Dubrovnik 50km and Kotor 50km, both recognized as the UNESCO world heritage sites, can be organized. Well supplied mini-market is at 50m and the Club Hotel Riviera with nudist beach and restaurant at 150m. To enjoy evening walks take hike up to hill and scenic-view restaurant with ethnic cuisines. Further is the Ilinica (by Croat border), Orthodox Christian Church (XVIc) and memorial for the French soldiers (1806). Breathtaking view of the Boka Kortska Bay and Croat town Molunat!!

If you are looking for a small, peaceful, and family-friendly location with great surroundings, you should come to Njivice, and stay in Apartment "I Love Njivice"! Njivice is situated at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska Bay, the most beautiful gulf of the Mediterranean and the southern most fjord in the world. Cratered by a natural composition of bays and gorges, the bay belongs to the Adriatic Sea and has pure and clear water.
Many beaches, including a nearby nudist beach, are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and other sports. This location has the greatest number of sunny days in the Adriatic. Njivice is a small settlement with only one street running through it. This means that the local beaches are not overcrowded and over-commercialized; there are no loud restaurants to disturb your sleep, but if you crave the night life, you can easily reach Herceg-Novi or Igalo.
Across the bay from Njivice are the towns Herceg Novi, more than 600 years old and has numerous fortresses, palaces, and churches and Igalo, a well known for the Institute Mediterranean-themed health spa.
Take a walk from Njivice to Igalo or Herceg Novi. For a portion of the walk, you will be following the main road which will offer you a beautiful view of the bay. Continuing on, you will descend to the rural streets that lead to the promenade by the sea "5 Danica". This is a gorgeous walking trail, 6km long, but you can turn back at any time. This promenade can get a bit over-crowded in the peak season, but one must experience it at least once. Along the sides of the promenade, the locals will offer their products, such as home-made, extra-virgin olive oil. There are also many restaurants with sea-food displays, pizza and grill (some have free delivery service) and a few very tempting ice-cream shops that are perfect for refreshment. If you are up for a hike instead, you can follow the winding road that goes up the Kobila hill and behind Njivice...great!
