Traditional stone fronted waterside ground floor apartment. 20 metres from waters edge with beautiful views of the fiord and mountains. Visit the most photographed islands of 'Gospa od Skrpelja' and Sveti Djordje by local boat, enjoy the local museums or simply relax sunbathing, swimming, fine dining, or even maybe a spot of fishing enjoying the absolutely stunning scenery of this beautiful town. Kotor is a beautiful historic lively medieval walled town and is only a 15 minute drive away. Regular festivals take place throughout the year. The Adriatic coast is only a 25 minute drive away with the historic town of Budva and Sveti Stefan well worth a visit.

Extra days can be booked at a pro rata cost.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Apartment should be vacated by 11am and arrivals should be no earlier than 3pm to allow for cleaning.

| Kitchen: | 4 ring full size electric cooker with oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dining table and 6 chairs. All crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans provided. |
| Living Rooms: | Modern bright newly fitted spacious lounge with French doors opening onto waterfront with sea views. Large L shaped double sofa bed seating 6, coffee table, floor standing wall unit TV, DVD, wall lights. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen 100% Egyptian cotton, and good quality towels are provided. Guests to supply their own beach towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed once a week. Additional change of linen and cleaning can be arranged (additional fee applies). |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for young or older persons as it is situated on ground level. Unfortunately no children or pets allowed.
Outside
Large beautifully shaded garden to the rear of property for use of our guests. Small stone bench (cushions provided) and stone table to the front of property to enjoy the full beauty of Perast and surrounding area.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is 20 metres to the sea in the bay of Kotor, with many small beaches and jetties available locally for sunbathing, swimming from or if you prefer a spot of fishing. The Adriatic coast is a 20 minute drive with the famous sandy Jaz beach near Budva or if you prefer quieter sandy beaches, these can also be found on Lustica peninsula with its beautiful wild landscape 20 minutes drive from Perast.
Travel
Dubrovnik airport is 40 miles (1 hour drive) with frequent flights from London, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham with Flybee, BA, Thomsonfly and Croatian airlines. Tivat airport is 16 miles (30 minute drive) with flights from London Heathrow with Jat airlines.
Car hire can be booked from either airport with recommendations for a reliable low cost company at Dubrovnik airport used by ourselves.
Distances
Perast has several excellant restaurants and bars, a post office and small supermarket. Kotor is a 15 minute drive and has many more bars and restaurants as well as banks and cashpoint machines. A short drive towards Kotor will bring you to 'Stari Milini', a beautifull waterfront fish restaurant set around an old water mill with inside and outside dining areas. Perest is on a direct bus route with buses running approx every 20 minutes in summer time to Kotor and many coastal villages and towns.
Further details
Skadar lake is the largest lake in the Balkan Peninsula and borders Albania. Boat trips can be enjoyed from Virpazar which is the tourist centre of the national park. Further afield trips can be made to the Tara River Canyon in the Durmitor national park.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit must be paid on booking, with the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of holiday. Also a payment of £100 must be paid with final balance to cover loss of keys, breakages etc. Arrangements will be made for collection of keys and directions to apartment. Payments can be made direct to bank account or by post/cheque. Refunds for cancellation as follows: up to 8 wks 75%, 4-8 wks 50%, 2-4wks 25%, less 0- 2 wks 0%.
