The apartment is situated on the coastal road, nestling in the hills above the village of Przno and has stunning views of the bay, sea and surrounding mountains. It is on the top floor (4th floor - no lift). The high ceilings gives it a light and airy feel. The beach at Przno is a 5 minute stroll along a public footpath. Close by is the famous coastal town of Sveti Stefan (1km) and the bustling resort town of Budva (7km).

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. Guests should check in after 2 pm and check out by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has been awarded 4 star rating by Montenegro Tourist Board 2008. It has split air conditioning. It is non smoking and pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for families or couples. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for clients with walking difficulties due to the number of steps to the apartment.

Outside
The front balcony has stunning views over Przno Bay, the Adriatic Sea and St Nikola Island whilst the side balcony enjoys views of olive groves and the surrounding mountains. There are outdoor chairs and tables for the balconies.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only 5 mins walk to Przno beach (bearer of blue flag award 2007) which is a mixture of sand and pebble. There are wonderful beaches strung along the coast in both directions - in fact the area is a beach lovers paradise.
Travel
You can fly to the local airport of Tivat (Transfer time is 40 mins by car) or Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia (Transfer time is 2 hours 15 mins). Pick up can be arranged on booking.

Kotor (Medieval Wall City), 28km. Budva, 7km. Sveti Stefan, 1km. Bar, 29km. Cetinje, 25km. Skadar Lake, 28km (One of the largest lakes in Europe).
Further details
Przno avails of an outpatient service, post office, food market, several other shops, boutiques and a children play area. A regular bus service operates every 15 minutes. Enjoy the informal local atmosphere of this small fishing village where you will find a selection of inviting bars and restaurants. Take a 20 mins walk through a cedar forest (Milocer Park) to Sveti Stefan - a small tourist resort which has managed to retain much of its ancient character. Also in the close vicinity of Przno are located the Monasteries Praskvica and Duljevo. The sunset watching from this beach is something you shouldn't miss!
Sveti Stefan is considered by many to be the most attractive spot on the Adriatic Coast. The tiny island rises dramatically a few yards off a beautiful curved beach. The island consists of a 14th Century walled village where the exclusive hotel complex is built, topped by an Orthodox Church and linked to the mainland by a bridge. So picturesque it is almost unreal!
Budva, the centre of the Montenegrin Riviera is a classic Mediterranean "Old Town" hidden behind impressive city walls. Its fascinating white stone narrow streets and squares are bustling with boutiques, cafes and restaurants. A worthwhile attraction!
Two nearby Unesco protected sights are the venetian walled town of Kotor and Skadar Lake, the largest lake in the Balkans.
In the north of Montenegro there is the 2nd largest canyon in the world, the Tara Canyon as well as a rainforest, a glacial lake, National Parks and high mountainous areas which become ski resorts in the winter.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation (bank transfer and cheques only) with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. Whilst no damage deposit is required, we rely on guest to follow home rules in the apartment and to pay for damage cost to our local agent if their is a need to. Directions and contact details of local agent will be supplied once payment in full has been received.
