Upper Dwelling (Sleeps 10, 5 Bedrooms)

Newly renovated and decorated throughout. The front door opens onto a long hallway. Off the hallway to the right are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. To the left is the entrance to a large comfortable living area, spacious dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. From the dining area, double doors open out onto a spacious veranda with spectacular views over the bay. At the end of the hallway, there is a fully tiled family bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase ascends to the upper floor, where there is 2 further double bedrooms, a second bathroom and 2 separate balconies with breathtaking views of Kotor Old Town and the imposing mountain backdrop. The living area and upper bedrooms are air conditioned. Outside has a large terrace ideal for sunbathing and BBQ's.

Lower Apartment (Sleeps 2/4, 1 Bedroom)

Newly renovated and decorated throughout. The property has its own private entrance gate onto a large tiled terrace. The front door opens onto a spacious living / dining area and new fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. The living room has a sofa which converts into a small double bed for additional sleeping capacity. Off this area is a large fully furnished twin bedroom and a new fully fitted bathroom with shower.

Accessibility
The property is at the top of a steep drive and has steps that would be unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
The properties comprise self contained secluded terraces all with outdoor furniture. The upper dwelling also has a BBQ.

Coast/Beach
The property is located 70m from the shoreline of the Bay of Kotor. This is suitable for swimming with pebble beaches at a couple of locations around the bay. The nearest sandy beach is about 15 mins by car.

Travel
The nearest airport is Tivat which is a 10 min drive, although direct flights are currently limited. Dubrovnik airport has far more flight options and is about a 90 min drive, although this is a very picturesque route around the coast. A car is recommended to see some of the spectacular sights of Montenegro during your visit.

Distances
The property is a 10 min walk from Kotor Old Town, although parking is available if you would prefer to drive.

Further details
Kotor is a beautiful historic medieval lively town with chique bars and restaurants located on the Boka Kotorsta Fjord. It is a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site and additionally boasts membership in the exclusive 'Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club'. It is located 30km south of the Croatian border, 50km south of Dubronik airport and just 5 mins from Tivat airport. Kotor old town is only a pleasant 10-15 min stroll from the property.

To secure a booking. A 20% deposit will be required. Balance of payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the rental period commencing. A 20% cost reduction will be offered if both properties are required for one holiday booking.
