The apartment is in a brand new Greek style building, in Baosici village. Baosici itself is situated on the gulfside of the outer boka of the Bay of Kotor, the only fjord in the Mediterranean. It is within easy reach of the cultural centres of old town Herceg Novi and Kotor. In addition the tourist resort of Igalo is only a few kilometres away with waters famed for medicinal qualities and offering more lively bars and clubs. The biggest nightclub in Montenegro is however, oddly enough, in Baosici itself, giving this most relaxing and peaceful village a happening and youthful buzz. Consequently it is ideal for both families and younger tourists alike. It is an ideal location to explore all the attractions that Montenegro has to offer and experience a taste of the local culture and hospitality.

Living Rooms: Studio is also equipped with television and music system, leading to a large 15m balcony which overlooking the Bay of Kotor.

Outside
Apartment has a large balcony, which is fully equipped with patio furntiture.
Outside the property is a short walk to numerous small beaches ideal for bathing. There is also a coastal path lined with bars and cafes.

Coast/Beach
Local beaches are only 150 metres walk on flat ground! Herceg Novi and medicinal beaches of Igalo 8km. Various beaches and bathing spots all around the boka particularly, Stoliv 12km using the ferry and Rose 35km using the ferry. The nearest beach outside of the boka in open sea is Plavi Horizonte approx 30km. Good beaches for days out further down the coast can be found at Budva 50km and Petrovac approx 70km. All on one direct coastal road easily accessible by car or bus.

Travel
Nearest airport is Tivat, only 20/30 minutes drive depending on the ferry. Also accessible from Dubrovnik airport (45 mins drive) and Podgorica airport (1 hour's drive). However Dubrovnik airport is probably best for car hire and for regular direct fligts with British Airways, Flybe and Thomson fly.

Distances
The nearest banks, farmers market, bookshops and boutique type shops can all be found in Herceg Novi old town only 8km away. Other nearby places of interest and excursions are: Kotor old town 35km; Perast for Venetian architecture 25km; Trebinje is a lovely town over the border in Bosnia Hercegovina approx 50km and Dubrovnik beautiful old town over the border into Croatia 50km.

Further details
Montenegro is a small country with good bus and road links to all parts. There are day trips up to the mountains to see the Tara Canyon and the lakes. In addition it is possible to go on organised trips into Albania from Petrovac.
