The villa is fully air conditioned. There is off road parking for 2 cars to the front of the villa. The villa has a weekly maid service, when clean linen and towels will be provided. Please supply your own pool/beach towels. A more frequent maid service can be arranged at additional cost. Please advise at time of booking.

Accessibility
The ground floor is very large and easily accessible, and is suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Outside
The villa has 2 patio/terrace areas, suitably furnished, in addition to the first floor balcony. One at the front of the property and the other at the rear by the pool. The swimming pool is for the sole use of guests staying at the villa. It measures approx 8m x 4m, has a shallow end of 1.0m, with steps into the pool, and a deep end of 2.0m.
Coast/Beach
The award winning Blue Horizons (Plavi Horizonti) beach is approx 20 mins walk away, or just 5 minutes in the car. Being on the Lustica Peninsula there is an abundance of local beaches, and coves all waiting to be discovered.
Travel
Easily assessible from Dubrovnik, approx 90 mins drive or Tivat, 20 mins drive. BA fly daily to Dubrovnik from a number of UK airports. In the summer season try thomsonfly or flybe who both fly into Dubrovnik. Weekly services are available into Tivat. We recommend car hire, which can be arranged at Dubrovnik, or locally at Radovici. Transfers to and from the property can be arranged. (payable locally). Please request at time of booking.
Distances
Ideally located the property is approx 15km from Tivat, 2km from Blue Horizons beach, 20km to Budva, 40km Lake Skadar, 10km to Kotor. Nearest well stocked supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. Larger shops, banks and ATMs can be found in Tivat.
Radovici has a post office, a small selection of shops, and a number of bars and restaurants.
