Modern style furnishings, large balcony, air-conditioning, CD stereo, TV, kitchen including fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are spectacular sea and mountain views from the balcony, 10 minute walk from beach, harbour and scenic old town (Stari Grad). Budva is a 1 hour 30 mins drive from Dubrovnik airport, Croatia. Aerlingus fly direct from Dublin/Cork to Dubrovnik. Look on 'concordetravel' for charter flights from Ireland into Tivat which is only a 15 minute drive to Budva. There are also direct flights from the UK and other european cities to Dubrovnik. You can also get the ferry from Bari or Ancona in Italy to Montenegro.

Prices are for the property per day in euros.
Minimum stay is 7 days. Shorter stays will incur an extra cost detailed below: 4 to 7 days - 20% increase of the given prices, 1 to 3 days - 30% increase of the given prices.
Changeover day
Saturday is preferred but is flexible.

Accessibility
The apartment is one floor above ground level at the top of a hill. Its position offers spectacular views.
Outside
The apartment gets the sun in the morning which makes evenings nice and cool and great to take in the sunset.
Coast/Beach
The beach, habour and old town (Stari Grad) are all a 10 min walk from the apartment. There is a stairs which take you down between the houses to the beach.
Golf
There is a golf course near Petrovac which is a 15 min drive heading south along the coast road.
Travel
Tivat is the closest airport at a 15 min drive. Dubrovnik is 1½ hour drive or 2½ hours using the local bus service which leaves twice every day.
Distances
Petrovac is 10 mins south of Budva while Kotor is 25 mins north.
Further details
While Budva is the main tourist destination for the riviera, Kotor is a popular place to visit. It's built around a secluded bay and is 25 mins driving from Budva. Again you can use the local bus service as well which has many buses passing through Kotor.
There is a town tax for all tourists according to the Law of Montengro, this will be be charged on arrival by the agency:
1 euros per person/day /net - for all persons over 18 years.
0.5 euros per person/day/net - for all children from 12 to 18 years. There is also a Registration agency fee for the above of 3 euros per person.
Booking notes
Deposits should be paid ASAP to secure your dates. Full payment is to be received 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Deposits will be refunded after the apartment is cleaned and inspected by the rental agency. All payment details will be forwarded if you decide to go ahead with a booking.
