The villa consists of a 2 bedroom house and a further 2 bedroom annex which is attached to the main house by a shaded patio area, 2 further patio areas are located at the front (direct sun) and side (shade) of the house. Both the house and annex have been extensively modernised with to a high standard. 5 minute walk to the small beach, shop, Amfora and Kum restaurants with the superb Stari Mlini restaurant 1km away. There are a number of good walks for those who like a challenge in the hills behind the villa. Suited for those who like peace and quiet but still like to be close to civilization. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.

1000 litre water tank incase of water shortages which affect the Kotor area during the summer months.

5 min walk to local beach with seasonal beach bar. Safe swimming for children.
Travel
Dubrovnik airport 1¼ hour (British Airways and Croatia Airways daily flights from London). Tivat airport 30 mins (JAT Airways weekly flights from London). Car hire is highly recommended.
Further details
A full range of shops, banks (ATM's), markets, bars and nightclubs can be found in Kotor with a more lively scene being found in the resort town of Budva (45 mins by car).
Booking notes
10% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before rental commencement. A £100 returnable deposit is required at the start of the rental period to cover breakages.
