The house has central air conditioning, American Dish Network TV. The windows have double glass and it’s hurricane and sound proof. Central sound system, WiFi broadband Internet access and a computer. Telephone line with extensions in all rooms. It also has a big underground two car garage with several bikes space. On the ground floor there is a big living room, very nice furnished and decorated, has a triple height with Mexican brick cupula (half dome), with a masterpiece hand made chandelier 9 x 9 feet, and a huge window 20 x 15 feet with pocket doors.

Golf (course designed by Robert von Hagge) par 72, with an extension of 6.5 kilometers, surrounded by a diversity of beautiful lakes, and a extraordinary vegetation that can only be found in the Mexican Caribbean. This golf course is considered one of most challenging of the region.
