Included in the rent are: 1. Daily maid service 2. Full use of the two-seater canoe for leisurely rides in the lagoon. 3. Access to the private garden and kiosk facing the sea, with excellent view of the beach. 4. Four very comfortable beach chairs for sun-bathing. 5. Beach towels, bath, facial and hand towels are provided together with quality bedding and linen. 6. Washing machine
Additional services: A cook for breakfast and dinner is available at an additional charge. Please note that this needs to be booked in advance Car rental and airport transfers are also available should you need those. A wireless HSDPA / 3G connection via a USB key is available for use with your laptop. The tariff is at 3 Euro per day for unlimited internet connection. The villa is very clean and tidy, maintained to high standards of quality and hygiene and we provide all bed linen and towels for personal use, free of charge. Complimentary drinks offered on arrival.
In order to confirm a booking and make a reservation, a deposit is required, made payable directly to our UK bank account. This also acts as a security deposit for the villa and is refunded on the day of departure after inspection of the villa.

This villa is right on the beach with excellent sea views and an exclusive private garden and kiosk - Open the door of your lounge and you are on the beautiful beach of Belle-Mare where the finest hotels of Mauritius such as Beau-Rivage are located. The best golf courses of the island are very close nearby (5 min by car) and you can make direct enquiries when you arrive. Furthermore, just next door to us (1 min walk on the beach) are the wide range of water sports facilities like water ski, wind surf, scuba diving, etc., at an affordable price. The beach is also one of the best for kite surfing. Villa A is the second villa on the right when standing facing the beach. It also has access to the private garden and kiosk on the right of the villa. See Aerial photo with bird's eye view. All three bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and double beds. The fourth bedroom, which is on the topmost floor has two individual single beds. It is accessible via a big solid wood ladder and is not recommended for children less than 8 years old. This room is well ventilated and had the facility of an electric fan. Other rooms are fitted with A/C. Should children wish to all stay in the same room, two mattresses can be arranged in the big double room with A/C.

Notes on accommodation
Villa B
A deposit will be required, refundable on departure. No smoking inside the premises only. Car rentals can be arranged. Two canoes for your personal use throughout your stay for leisurely strolls in the lagoon are offered free of charge.
Airport pick-up and drop-off, chauffeur driven car and guide for whole day tours, sight-seeing, baby sitting, Internet facilities and the services of a cook are also available.
Villa A
The village of Belle-Mare is only 10-15mins walk along the beach, where there are shops, small super-markets and small restaurants. Most of the items you would need are available there. The town of Flacq is 15 min drive from the villa and we have a special arrangement with a taxi that can take you to the big supermarkets at Flacq, wait for you to do your shopping (30-45 min) and bring you back to the villa, for 10 Euro.
