Villa Mandorlo is located on the East coast of Mauritius, which is dominated by all the well known five star hotels such as Le Prince Maurice, Le Tousserok, St Geran, to name just a few. The villa is set in a residential bay on the East coast and as a result is very quiet and peaceful. There is a long stretch of sandy beach which is great for walks. There is also a swimming pool in the grounds surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The villa is decorated with bright colours adding to the atmosphere of a tropical holiday home. A couple looks after the house and its guests. They live in a house at the entrance of the property,and are therefore always available if needed. The wife cleans the house and cooks on request and the husband looks after the garden. If guests are interested, he can arrange dive trips and boat trips for them in the nearby hotels.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size bed (6ft) with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a queen size bed (5ft) with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with twin beds with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | Apart from the en-suite bathrooms, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom attached to the study. All bathrooms have showers and a WC. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub as well. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cappuccino machine, kettle, toaster, blenders, bread machine, as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery and serving dishes. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room contains the washing machine and an extra fridge as well as a freezer. There is also a wine cooler in the dining room. |
| Living Rooms: | All the living areas are on the ground floor. The lounge is furnished with very comfortable sofas and with an integrated surround system with TV, DVD/CD player. The dining room seats 8 people and the covered patio has further sitting and dining areas. |
| Other: | There is a study on the ground floor. Cable TV and wireless internet is included. There is also a Nintendo Wii console in the lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa comes with a housekeeper, Amrita, for 3 hours Monday to Saturday 9am-noon. Towels are changed every 4th day and bedlinen every week. Amrita can cook very good local food on request. The husband, Sailesh, looks after the garden, pool and beach. |

Outside
There are loungers for use by the pool and the patio facing the beach. Kayaks and surf boards are also available for use by guests. There is a gas barbecue which is very convenient.

There is a beautiful golf course about 15 minutes drive away from the Villa. For further information, please contact the owner.
Special interest holidays
Diving and boat trips can be arranged for guests by Sailesh.
Travel
Plaisance Airport is about 1 hour drive from the villa. Although it is not essential to have a car, it is recommended that guests hire a car. If not, we can suggest a very reliable taxi driver.
Distances
The nearest small shop is 7 minutes drive away. Larger supermarkets are from 15 mins (Winners in Goodlands or Spar in Flacq) to 40 mins away (SuperU in Grand Baie).
Further details
There is a local restaurant which does excellent seafood at 2mins drive from the villa. Other restaurants are in hotels which are from 5 mins to 15 mins away. Grand Baie also has a wide range of restaurants.

We require 30% deposit on reservation with the balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.

We highly recommend this place to everyone who looking for an exceptional holiday in a perfect villa direct on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood. All was better than described, especially the space of the villa itself. The villa is well equipped, clean and stylishly furnished. The kitchen equipment- just pure luxury.
Sailesh and Amrita were always very helpful. Sailesh organized fruits ,bakery, fish and others like a chauffeur or a speedboat. The Mauritian food, which Amrita cooked was excellent.
Thanks a lot for giving us a perfect holiday in your beautiful villa.
