If you are a nature lover you will delight in watching the many species of brightly coloured birds that visit the garden.

Changeover day
Changeover is never on the same day to allow for cleaning, and arrival and departure times are flexible to allow for early arrival or late departure.

| Bedrooms: | Each bedroom is fully equipped with drawers, wardrobe and a double bed, bedding is provided. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom contains a shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin and the ensuite bathroom contains a shower, toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, there is a 2 ring hob, but no oven. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room has easy chairs, a coffee table and a dining table and chairs, there is a telephone (incoming calls only) TV and a veranda. |
| Other: | It has air conditioning and a child's cot is available in one of the downstairs bedrooms. |

Towels are provided (but not beach towels). |

It is 4/5 minutes walk to Pereybere beach. Pereybere beach is one of the best beaches on the island
Golf
The nearest golf course is Trou aux Biches Hotel golf course which is a 9 hole course and is about 3 miles from Pereybere.
Travel
The villa is approximately 40 miles from SSR International Airport. Car hire is not essential as there are plenty of taxi's and a good bus service.
Distances
The nearest town to Pereybere is Grand Baie which is about 1 mile. There are between 20 - 30 places of interest on the island, none of them more than 40 miles from Pereybere.
Further details
Pereybere is a delightful resort. The village facilities include, public beach, banks, restaurants, cocktail bar, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, public phone, taxis, buses, water sports, diving, skiing etc. There are Sega shows at various hotels. The winter months in both Pereybere and Grand Baie are warm and not windy. The summer months are hot with very little wind to cool down the temperature at night.
Booking notes
We will supply a booking form to be returned with a deposit of £50. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
