Sleeps 8/10 plus baby. 4 bedroom family home overlooking the village of Simorre in the Gers, Midi-Pyrenees. Very comfortable recently renovated house with private salt-water pool. Set on a hill on the outskirts of the picturesque 15th century village of Simorre. Within easy walking distance of the centre of the village and its shopping facilities. Surrounded by peaceful rolling countryside, the towns of Masseube and Lombez with supermarkets and golf courses are both 15 minutes away.

Au Broca is set in a tranquil, elevated, location giving magnificent views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside. Despite the secluded location, however, Au Broca is not isolated as we are only about 1km from the village centre and 3km from the small town of Masseube where a full range of bars, shops, restaurants, banks etc. are all available.
