Both terraces have dining spaces ideal for alfresco dining. The front terrace overlooking the valley also enjoys an outdoor heated spa that can also be used as a heated splash pool for children all year round, BBQ and sunbathing area, and two canopes for welcome shade.

Nearest swimming area is 400 metres away from the apartment. Nearest sandy beaches are found 3km away.

Marsa Sports Golf Club.

The Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in Europe (outside the UK), the Royal Malta Golf Club offers 18 holes of golf on a very well maintained course.
Malta's temperate climate - only 2 hours from central Europe - makes it an ideal venue for off-season golfing breaks. It is a very attractive and-quite a demanding 18 hole course.

Travel
Malta international airport at 21km. Gozo Ferry at 6km. Renting a car is a good option if one wants to reach the farthest parts of the island. International and national driving licenses are acceptable. Driving is on the left and all road signs are in English.

Distances
St Paul's Bay and its neighbours Bugibba and Qawra are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. They offer a variety of nightlife and leisure options. The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle is said to have been wrecked. The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and easy walk from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra or Xemxija Bay.

Xemxija is a town on the west side of St. Paul's Bay, Malta. Xemxija (meaning sunny) is the gateway to the sandy beaches of Golden Bay to the west, and to Mellieha Bay to the north.

Xemxija is a quiet resort, surrounded by Maltese countryside and some of the most fertile valleys in Malta. By walk one can find a picturesque small fishing harbour, Hotel, Restaurants, wine bar, Pubs and Mini-Market opened 7 days a week. Nightlife, shops, cinema, casino and bars can be found in the villages of St Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra, all within 5 minutes drive.

This resort is surrounded by nature, picturesque countryside’s, history and traditions. Located just a few meters from the apartment is the Xemxija Heritage Trail. A walk along this trail whilst enjoying the magnificent country side, one can see the remains of thousands of years of history that the Islands of Malta have. A Bird Sanctuary can also be found in Xemxija.

Everything about this holiday exceeded our expectations especially the apart. We had a lot of luggage so Andy kindly offered to collect us from the airport and arranged car hire. The views from the apart are fantastic and the main terrace is not over looked so you have some real seclusion. Beds are comfty rooms are attractive and spacious. Everything worked, everything was clean and modern. Parking outside the apart is no problem. We'll defiantly return and from us that is a huge compliment as we're not the type of people who go to the same place. K Air-UK 2011.

I - Andy live in Malta with my wife Claire and two children - Andrew and Julia are eight and one year old respectively. My wife works as a Senior Customer Officer in one of Malta's leading Banks and I am a lecturer in electronics.

The apartment is located in the nicest part of Malta since it is near to very nice beaches and country sides. The apartment has unobstructed views of Mistra Valley and outside one can find open spaces where one can walk by the country-side and/or sea-side.
