Paceville part of St Julians is a vibrant night entertainment peninsula, offering numerous clubs, cinemas, restaurants, discotheques, pubs, casinos offering a full nights of entertainment till sunrise when lidos on the shore and St Georges sandy beach welcomes you to the crystal clear Mediterranean blue sea. Sliema has designer brand shopping and several shopping malls, a relaxing walking promenade, restaurants, cafe's, harbour and round Malta cruises and the opportunity to sail to Comino lagoon. Should you like to visit historical monuments ,traditional villages ,and palaces worth visiting. Valletta and its architecture and Medieval silent city of Mdina are a must to visit and a direct bus takes you there in just minutes. Fantastic location...you lucky to stay here.

The house exceeded our expectations, and Antoine was outstanding kind and helpful, he met us at the airport on arrival and followed us to the airport when we left. The stay was great and Antoine checked from time to time that everything was satisfactory. We also received great advice on sites to visit on Malta.
The only bad thing is that the pictures in the advertisement are not fair to the actual house.
The house was really great, but still nothing compared to Antoine’s hospitality!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Location Location Location. It says it all! We have always lived in Malta, born here and we know the place. We choose carefully as this is a large investment of a lifetime. The St Julians area is the best Clubbing and entertainment Location in Malta. No comparison to other places. The house unlike others is full of light since it is south facing. It is built and finished to our taste of simple and modern design. Again the location in St Julians itself is fantastic because it is 5 minutes walk out of the noisy nightlife and set on the only valley and small countryside left in the the area.
Unique benefits of the property
Living here while on holiday is really the best in Malta. So close to everything. Clubbing nights, best restaurants be it traditional, oriental or American anything, 25 cinemas, large shopping, beach, walking promenade, water park, casinos, cafes, indoor pools and spas. Buses go anywhere and just 5 minutes walk from the house. No need of driving is the best you may have in a holiday. Just relax and walk or take the bus you may go anywhere. The swimming pool makes you have fun and relax at home especially after late nights or active days. The finish is all brand new just as like you are living in it for the first time, very very clean. We always make sure even the linen and towels all like brand new in white as clean as ice. The central position take you north or south very easy.
