Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per day in euros for 2 persons. Additional persons are charged at a supplemtary rate of EUR16.00 per person per night. Christmas and Easter periods are charged at April/October rates. Long winter lets at 430 euros monthly for 2 persons and additional persons at 45 euros per person, per month.
A 25% deposit is required on confirmation and balance is to be settled on arrival.

Why this location?
Because of stunning views from the front balcony,and back balcony and because of its location on the water front. Bus stop just outside and not in the middle of a very crowded area.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Because it faces south , with its large sliding windows one can enjoy the sun fully and in summer with both balconies open there is always a sea breeze. Only one storey on top of it and three floors above street level, it is fresh in summer and warm in winter. Lift goes right up to the sun roof.
