Changeover days are flexible. Checkout is by 11am and Check-in is after 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Xini has air conditioning to all bedrooms and study area. All rooms also have ceiling fans. All equipment and fittings are to the highest standard.
Outside
There is a good sized south facing sun deck, including private swimming pool approx 7x3m, geranium filled borders and pots, pergola, patio table and 6 chairs, sun loungers, parasol and gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Hondoq or Ramla Bay, about 15 minutes by car. Other beaches, both sandy and shingle, plus hide away coves are also within a 15-20 minutes drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course is on the main island of Malta, accessed by ferry, allow 2 hours travelling.
Special interest holidays
Gozo is the perfect place for walking and cycling holidays out of main season. The clear seas are excellent for swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving with many PADI qualified dive schools located on the island. Gozo has many historical sites including temples that pre-date the Egyptian Pyramids.
Travel
Travel to Malta airport, then cross to Gozo by ferry (30 mins). Villa Xini is approx 35km from Malta airport.
Distances
The island of Gozo is made up of 17 individual villages contained in an area 11x7km in total. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
Maltese cuisine is Italian based, of high quality and reasonably priced. Maltese wines and beers are also of high quality and excellent value.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required at the time of reservation with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure. Transfer and car hire costs are paid locally in Gozo. There is a £300.00 returnable key/breakage deposit applicable to each booking in respect of this property.
