Bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other conveniences are all within walking distance. It is also less than 5 minutes drive to Mgarr harbour.

Changeover day
Changeover day is probably Tuesday or Saturday but this depends on other bookings, so is not fixed.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin beds. Large sofa bed available. |
| Bathrooms: | Main shower with walk-in shower cubicle. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom. |
| Kitchen: | Modern and well equipped kitchen includes: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, all cutlery and crockery. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats up to six persons. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room is located by the roof terrace and is equipped with washing machine and basin. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has two large sofa, a four seater and three seater. The four seater can be opened into a bed. This room is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen is included. The apartment is cleaned prior to guests' arrival. For lets longer than one week the apartment is cleaned and linen and towels changed midway. |

Outside
A large roof terrace is available. This is solely used by guests of Bird of Paradise and is perfect for alfresco dining. This landscaped area enjoys views of the surrounding village and the beautiful village church which is lit at night.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Ramla beach which is about 10 minutes drive away. Mgarr harbour is only 5 minutes drive away and this has some fine restaurants that are definitely worth visiting.
Travel
The airport is on the main island (Malta) and you will have to drive to Cirkewwa ferry terminal (about 30 minutes) in Malta, get the 20 minute ferry to Gozo and drive for about 5 minutes to the apartment. We can organise transfers and car hire for our guests.
Distances
Gozo is only 9 miles by 5 miles so you never have to travel any great distances. In fact all beaches, landmarks etc are within 15 minute drive away.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with remaining balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
