Notes on prices
Prices shown in pounds sterling are for the property per week, and will stay at that level until 27 September 2008. Children count towards occupancy if occupying a bed. Rate for extra children taking occupancy above 6 by negotiation. Prices all inclusive of linen, water, electricity/gas etc but exclude transfers, car hire, welcome packs and additional services required. 25% deposit required on booking.
Changeover day
Flexible, although Tuesday or Saturday arrival preferred. All visitors met and shown to the property (day or night).

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (except beach towels) and linen provided and changed weekly. Maid service is weekly. A welcome food/drink pack can be provided on arrival at a small extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Dar il-Palma has been inspected and approved by the Maltese Tourist Authority and is fitted with all required safety equipment including emergency lighting.
Accessibility
Steps to enter the house make it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Front patio area containing small private plunge type pool max dimensions 4x3m (depth 1.2m to 2m). Please note that the pool has ladder access only. There is a pool light, sun beds etc and external pool shower. Rear patio containing table and chairs and barbecue. Large roof area having extensive rural views with sun beds and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The property is a few minutes walk away from the magnificent Sannat cliffs. The small resort of Xlendi with many bars and restaurants and safe swimming is about 4-5 mins drive away. The acclaimed sandy beach at Ramla is about 20-25 mins away by car.
Travel
Access is via Malta International Airport. From here the ferry port for Gozo is a 40 min.taxi journey (appr.31 Euros) or there is a coach shuttle service (fare 5 Euros). Regular car ferries cross in 25 mins (ret.fare 4.65 Euros). From the harbour at Mgarr the house is a 15 min drive. Car hire is not essential as buses to the main town pass the door and there are shops within walking distance. However, car hire will greatly increase the enjoyment of your holiday, and is relatively cheap in Malta.
Distances
Gozo, although packed with interest, is only approx 9 miles longand 5 miles wide, and so nowhere is very far away. The main town of Victoria, which has a general hospital with A&E facilities, is only 2 miles distant.
Further details
Sannat itself has several small shops, bars and restaurants. The main shops are in Victoria where there are 2 supermarkets and a large variety of shops and banks etc. The main concentrations of bars and restaurants are located at Xlendi and Marsalforn. The principal tourist attractions are the historic Citadel in Victoria and the ancient temples at Ggantija. The Festa week in Sannat is the third week in July, while that at Munxar (nearer) is the last week in May.
Booking notes

Provisional bookings may then be made with the owners, who will re-confirm availabity with their local Gozo agents. Clients will then be passed over and arrangements concerning payment of a 25% deposit, meeting and greeting and all other details will be efficiently taken care of.
