On the ground floor there is also a spacious sitting room, television room, with cable TV and wireless connection and a study. There is also a downstairs dining room with open fireplace and large table. Upstairs is another sitting room, with sound system, a cool retreat from the midday sun. The spiral staircase leads right from the ground floor to the roof, where the view can be admired. The garden is full of fruit trees and surrounding the outside wall are olive trees. There are several outdoor seating and eating areas.
