Beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with a large terrace overlooking the blue Mediterranean. It is located in a central area, 5-minute walk away from the beach and Malta's most popular promenade, on one side and the shopping/restaurants area on the other. Enjoy sunbathing on the rocky beach and a nice swim in crystal-clear sea during the day or stroll along the exciting promenade. In the evening you can walk around the shopping district stopping at one of the many restaurants, pubs or bars to mingle with the local crowd. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and a large sitting room leading onto the terrace. The sitting room has white leather sofas. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite with shower, plus a large bathroom and laundry room equipped with washing machine. In addition there is a study with a spare sofa bed that can sleep two more persons.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
10% discount for stays of over 21 days. Longer stays are possible for further discounts. Euro 45 per week extra for baby cot if required. A refundable deposit of 400 Euro will have to be paid on arrival against damage of furniture or furnishings.
Changeover day
Arrival / departures can be on any day of the week but arrivals must be after 1600 hours and departures before 1000 hours.

Notes on accommodation
Electric heaters and fans are provided to ensure the most comfortable stay for our guests. The apartment is highly suited for families with children because it is spacious, having 3 separate bedrooms and a study which are separate from the lounge area. Total floor area is 250 square meters. The apartment is nicely finished to high specifications.
Accessibility
The main entrance to the block has 6-8 steps and may therefore pose a problem for people in wheelchairs. The apartment is serviced with a lift and there are no stairs once inside the apartment.
Outside
Beautiful open terrace on the fifth floor with table and chairs for a romantic meal in full privacy with an impressive view of the sea and the fun crowd on the promenade below.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the rocky beach - plenty of spots to choose from! Very clean and clear sea.
Golf
Golf club is only 20 kms away and can be reached by bus or taxi.
Travel
Airport is about 20 minutes drive away. There is no need to hire a car because the apartment is in a very central location for shopping, entertainment, swimming, sport activities, etc. The promenade and the beach provide the best form of relaxation and short or long walks at any time of day. Bus service is also available giving easy access to Valletta, Rabat, Gozo and any other town or village. You can also use the 10-minute ferry closeby to go to Valletta.
Distances
Central Sliema which is the most popular residential place due to the elegant shopping district and long promenade along the coast between St Julians and Valletta.
Further details
Plenty of shops and supermarkets to choose from where to buy your basic necessities or for a special gift etc. This is a favourite market with the locals and therefore there are no special prices for tourists!
Booking notes
We confirm booking immediately and will hold the apartment for a week, giving you time to book your flights. Then you will need to send a deposit of 35% on account of the total cost of your stay and the balance can be settled when you are in Malta. No further deposit except in the case of children under 11 years - we charge a deposit of Euro 400 or equivalent against any damage/wetting of furniture/bedding etc. The deposit will be refunded before you leave the apartment in same currency.
