Located in Xlendi, merely 250 meters from the beach and all amenities needed for one's holiday, Villa Xemxija offers self-catering accommodation of quality, style and comfort. Our properties, a 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom duplex apartment - very well appointed with attractive furniture. Villa Xemxija is an attractive designed villa built with local stone, which owners have converted into a six holiday apartments. A large pool installed in garden for the use of its guests. An ample sun deck well provided for with sunbeds is complemented with a children pool making our property ideal for family holiday. Restaurants, bars, dive centres for those with diving interests are also within the 250 meters distance making the need of having car hire not a neccessity. Banking and busses are also within 5 minutes walk.

Notes on prices
Prices are in Euro, per night for the apartment, inclusive of all utilities, excluded air conditioning consumption for stays of 5 nights and over. Shorter stays of 2-4 nights carry a final cleaning charge of € 30.00
Winter long let - 4 weeks and over, start from as little €20.00 per day.

One bedroom apartment have bathroom, living room opening to nice terrace with nice views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Bedroom: double or twin beds according to needs. Bath tub/shower, wc, with pressurised hot and cold water system Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, toaster,electric kettle,microwave Lounge/dining with sofas seating 4 persons.Sofa beds to sleep 3rd or 4th person if needed,Satellite TV and radio + 400 multi-lingual channels, air-conditioned on pay per use Bedlinen, bath and hand towels supplied and changed once weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioned on pay per use and is not included in the price. Credits need to be bought to operate and cost depends on the actual cost of the electricity. - electricty prices here flactuates according to market prices. Cost of a/c as an indication only 20kwh cost 10 euros.
Accessibility
Stairs in the duplex apartment and also in the common areas might make it difficult for the less mobile.
Outside
Large common area all around the villa for the shared use of all guests. Pool is approx. 9 x 9m at its widest parts. Small children's pool is approx 1mt deep.
Coast/Beach
Xlendi have a small sandy beach. Swimming is mainly from the rocks and the whole front is well catered for with steps leading to the water. Also pavement where to sunbathe. The beach is about 4 minutes walk from Villa Xemxija but 7 minutes to walk back (up hill!).
Special interest holidays
Property is an ideal base for diving holidays. We are 250 meters from all the dive schools in Xlendi. Feel free to ask us for advice.
Travel
Airport is on mainland Malta. We will organise the airport transfers which should not take more than 2 hours and a bit, plane to apartment, including the ferry trip during daytime, slightly longer during the night.
Distances
Victoria main town of Gozo is 5 minutes by bus and 35 minutes on foot.

In Xlendi you will be spoilt for choice of top quality restaurants, mostly on the seafront. ATM and automatic money exchange, 3 dive centres and other shops offer their services to our visitors.

This holiday was one of our most memorable to date. We came home completely refreshed and relaxed. The apartment was a perfect position, very clean and had everything we needed. The owners help and advice throughout the holiday was invaluable.
We booked 3 nights in the Villa Xemxija in Gozo but loved the island so much we ended up staying for a week! We, 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 4 stayed at villa Xemxija for a month. We did a lot of research looking for a suitable property travelling with two young children and this place came out on top. We had a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool on the lower level. This turned out to be great.
