Traditional, converted farmhouse located in a residential street in a small village in the centre of Gozo close to all Gozo has to offer. The airy, vaulted mill room lies at the heart of this simply converted farmhouse, providing a comfortable combined living area overlooking the private pool. The pool is large. The rooms are furnished with a mix of old and new pieces to reflect the character of the building itself. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Bedrooms are large, high-ceilings and airy. The roof terrace enjoys beautiful views over the valley and our neighbours, the sheep and goats! Being serviced with a 'drinks fridge', it provides the ideal place to enjoy a 'sun downer'. Please note floors and stairs throughout are tiled/stone.

Room fans in each bedroom. There is a travel cot and high chair available on request.
Outside
There is a small marble patio area surrounding the pool with sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool is accessed via steps. A spiral staircase leads from the first floor to the roof terrace with views across the valley to Xlendi. A fridge in the roof-top utility room provides the opportunity to enjoy a cooling drink as you watch the sun go down.
Coast/Beach
A play park with open-air gym has been opened opposite the new supermarket which is open all day. A 15 minute walk takes you to the thriving coastal village of Xlendi with a variety of restaurants and bars. It offers boat trips, pedaloes, swimming in the bay, diving schools or walks along the cliffs. A 15 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Gozo's capital, Victoria. Gozo is small, with easy access to all areas, with a bus service to main attractions during the day.
Travel
Luqa airport on Malta serves Gozo. From the airport it takes a 30-40 minute taxi drive to the port. A regular ferry service operates to Gozo (with some night crossings) this takes 20 minutes. The Farmhouse is a 10 minute drive from the port. You can obtain contacts for transfers, or car hire, through local agents or through us.

The Farmhouse is situated in the centre of Gozo. All places of interest easily accessible.
Further details
We are so lucky to have Antonia living directly opposite and taking care of our home. She treats all our visitors like friends of the family and ensures the property is immaculate. You will find all of our local friends most helpful. There is also a choice of 2 mini-markets a stone's throw from the farmhouse.
