Accessibility
The villa is ideal for families. It is suitable for elderly people who do not have difficulty with ascending or descending stairs in particular the narrow staircase leading to the third double bedroom. It is not suitable for the infirm or wheelchair users.

450 sq metres floor area, BBQ, log fireplace, many terraces, 6 sunbeds, courtyard, garden and very large pool (40 linear metres around pool or 70sqm of pool floor area approx).

Coast/Beach
Beaches and bays include amongst others, Ramla, the secluded sandy beach of San Blas not to mention the fantastic Blue Lagoon in the Island of Comino. All water sports are available including snorkeling and diving close to the village of Xaghra. Nearest beach: 1.5 miles

Xaghra has all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks and some of the best restaurants in Gozo where diners can enjoy al fresco dining at the tables in the village piazza. The village has a valley of extraordinary beauty which is ideal for great country walks. Ramla - a beautiful sandy beach is in the Xaghra locality- a few minutes away from the Villa.

Travel
10 minutes from the ferry boat.
Car hire is always recommended for exploring the Island.

Distances
The villa is within a five minute walking distance to the village of Xaghra. A bicycle is available at the villa for daily errands to the village.

Gozo has several historical and UNESCO heritage sites: the historical Citadel in the Capital Victoria with its 360 degree view of Gozo; the Ggantija temples in Xaghra dating back to 5600BC. Gozo is ideal for lovely country walks especially in Spring and enjoys warm summers and mild winters with little rainfall. It is an island that has stopped in time, historically rich, enjoys traditions, folklore & festas, and has a natural Mediterranean charm with fresh Mediterranean fish and cuisine.
