Our luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor apartment with swimming pool and countryside views is ideally situated very close to everything you need for the perfect holiday. We have spent a lot of time over the last 20 years travelling the globe with our work. It's not as glamorous as it sounds (honestly!). Nights spent on dreadful hotel beds and showers where you have to run around just to get wet are a source of constant irritation! This is why it was really important to us to create an environment with all the comforts of home. It is also important to us to reflect the peace and tranquillity of Gozo in our property. In short, this is somewhere to unwind, relax and generally shrug off the cares of the world - just what a holiday is designed to do.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 5/6 people are charged at extra cost of £25 per week. Please see website for details. A surcharge over Xmas/New Year and Easter of £50 per week applies.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and 10am on the day of departure.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 3 large with twin beds (bed 1 with en-suite).
Bedroom 2 with king size bed, en-suite. Leads to internal courtyard.
All rooms have AC, fans, mini fridges, mirrors, wardrobes, radio alarm clocks.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms (3) are wet room style with slate type tiling, dual head thermostatic showers, funky glass basins and monoblock taps, heated illuminated mirrors and shaver points, soap. White towelling robes and fluffy white towels complete the picture.
Kitchen: The contemporary fitted kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need! Halogen hob, built in oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, double sink, cappuccino maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and really good knifes!
Living Rooms: The large living space with a separate dining area (seating 6) overlooks the private patio area is equipped with a large L-shaped 6 seater sofa, 32" LCD TV (English channels), DVD with 5.1 and a large selection of films, PS2 with games and funky lighting.
Other: Delightful entrance hall with seating area, somewhere to hang clothes and a desk area for catching up on e-mail.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. Additional cleaning etc can be provided (at extra charge) if required.

 

Notes on accommodation
New for Autumn 08. Dimplex thermostatic timed wall heaters are to be installed during September for winter lets. A separate charge for air-con and heating electricity use is made locally (by card meter). No children under 6 please as the pool is unfenced. We provide a laptop for internet access and a large selection of books, DVDs and PS2 games. The apartment is non smoking except for external areas (ashtrays provided). Spare bedding and somewhere to put your case.

Accessibility
Although the apartment is upper ground floor, there is a lift from the underground garages to the front door and we can provide access to this if required. The bathrooms are all wet room style making them ideal for those with mobility problems. The only area which may pose a problem is access to the pool area, as there are a few steps up from the patio.

Outside
The large swimming pool is shared between the 6 apartments in Ta' Maria Court and has a south facing poolside seating area for soaking up those rays! Internal courtyard off the master bedroom with bistro set, retractable washing line, hooks for drying wet suits, tap and tastefully decorated. Private patio area with country views overlooking the pool is equipped with table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ.

Coast/Beach
Azure Window 5 mins drive. Xlendi/Ramla Bay/San Blas Bay (good sandy beaches) 10 mins drive.

Travel
Malta airport (Luqa) is approx 1:15 hour away. (35 mins drive on Malta, 25 mins on the ferry, then 15 mins on Gozo). Car hire is highly recommended and we can help you arrange this if required. There is a good shuttle service from the airport to the ferry terminal and taxis are available, or we can arrange transfers for you

Distances
There's a really good supermarket selling practically everything you could want from wine to fresh produce next door but one! Gharb village is 3 mins walk away; good restaurants about the same. Victoria is 5 mins drive.

25% non refundable deposit secures booking. Balance plus £200 damage deposit is required 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
