This has got to be a one of a kind apartment. Set in a central n the much sought after area of San Pawl Tat-Targa/Naxxar. It is ideally located in the heart of Malta, in a very nice area. Malta's small size means you can pack alot of sightseeing in a day or two. However you can relax and take it easy and let yourself absorb the atmosphere slowly. Malta really has something for everyone, whether you want to explore the narrow streets of the ancient cities, party hard in the bars and clubs, or recharge your batteries with a cliff top ramble or a little snorkelling. Whatever it is you are looking for you'll find our apartment very inviting and comfortable. All the furniture and fittings are brand new and of good quality. This is simply your home in the Mediterranean.

Private sunny yard with patio furniture for lazy peaceful siestas. Kindly note that due to a construction site nearby use of back yard might be restricted.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes by car to the seaside promenade of St. Paul's Bay/Bugibba. 25 minutes by car to Malta's most popular beach - Ghadira Bay. and Fun Park, The Popular Splash & fun Park the only water park in Malta can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Expect a day full of fun for the young and the young at heart.
Golf
The Marsa Sports Club is 10km away and is home to an 18-hole golf course, 18 tennis courts, swimming pool, 5 squash courts, and cricket pitch. The jockey club organises horse racing. The large open air swimming pool is a rendezvouz for members including families with children. The club provides a restaurant, a bar, a TV lounge, cards room and well-equipped changing rooms. The club is open daily between 09.00 and 21.00 and offers daily or weekly memberships to holiday vistors during their stay in Malta.

Low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Hello, and Air Malta fly regularly from most airports in Britain.
Budget Airline Vueling flies from Madrid to Malta 3 times a week,Italian airline Volare 4 times a week and airline Norwegian.no 3 times a week. From Malta International airport to the apartment it takes 25 minutes by car.
Distances
5 mins walk to Naxxar village centre and Palazzo Parisio, the local 19th century manor house which is open to the public and worth a visit. 5 mins by car to the nearest town Mosta with its majestic Dome (2nd largest in Europe). Or visit the ancient walled city of Mdina (7km) or the fortifications of Valletta and The Three Cities (10km).

5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket, banks, butchers and chemist, doctor, dentist, hair salon, wine bar, coffee shop, pizzeria, take-away, public library/internet, newsagent and village hub.
