This spacious apartment is ideally located in the heart of Malta, in a very nice and safe residential area. It has it's own independent entrance at elevated ground level(10 stairs).Ideally located withing walking distance to buses and town square. Valletta is 12km away while Mdina the old city is 7km away. Lovely sandy beach 8 Km away. I will personally meet you with the keys and being local can advise you on local attractions and answer any questions you may have.

This spacious and modern apartment has its own independent door making it a house on one floor. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms have 2 single beds each which can be put together. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The cable TV has over 50 channels including BBC, Discovery World, Discovery Science, Animal Planet, Disney XD, Nickleodeon, Kidsco, Playhouse Disney. Eurosports, Extremesports and many others.

Accessibility
Situated on elevated ground floor (10 stairs). Might not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Has it's own independent entrance.

10 minutes by car to the seaside promenade of St. Paul's Bay/Bugibba. 15 minutes to Sliema and Paceville with numerous bars, clubs and restaurants. 20 mins to Valletta declared by Unesco a World Heritage City, 25 minutes by car to Malta's most popular beach - Mellieha Bay. The Popular Splash & fun Park the only water park in Malta can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Expect a day full of fun for the young and the young at heart.

Golf
The Marsa Sports Club is 10km away and is home to an 18-hole golf course, 18 tennis courts, swimming pool, 5 squash courts, and cricket pitch. The jockey club organises horse racing. The large open air swimming pool is a rendezvouz for members including families with children. The club provides a restaurant, a bar, a TV lounge, cards room and well-equipped changing rooms. The club is open daily between 09.00 and 21.00 and offers daily or weekly memberships to holiday vistors during their stay in Malta.

Travel
Malta International Airport is only 25 minutes away by car. Car not necessary but desirable.

Easyjet flies direct from Belfast, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle & London Gatwick to Malta. Ryanair,BMI, and Air Malta also fly regularly from Major Uk airports. Airport transfers can be arranged even if you are arriving late at night. Discount car rental provided by reputable local firm.

5Km to St. Paul's Bay, 12Km to Mellieha Bay, 7 km to the old town Mdina. 5 mins walk to Naxxar village centre and Palazzo Parisio, the local 19th century manor house which is open to the public and worth a visit. 5 mins by car to the nearest town Mosta with its majestic Dome (2nd largest in Europe).

About the owner
We are a professional family with 2 grown up children, a dog and several cats. We have travelled extensively and value the benefits of going self catering. This gives you so much more facilities and space and room to relax and unwind. We have been in the renting business for 7 years and we have had many satisfied customers and in fact we have had a couple of repeat guests. But don't take our word for it come and try us out yourself, we are sure you will not be disappointed.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Naxxar is an upmarket area with excellent transport facilities, 7km away from the beach and 14km to the airport. It is right in the centre of Malta so a 20 minute drive will take you practically to all corners of Malta. What is really valuable is that we are local and are at hand if you need us. Of course we know the locality very well and can advise you about local attractions and even make a booking at the local restaurants for you.

Unique benefits of the property
This is a property of recent built, spacious and bright. This residential area is very quiet but shops and transport are literally round the corner. This apartment has it's own main door and feels like a home from home because we furnished it as if it were for our daily living. Also there are no parking problems and the area is very safe for both couples as well as families with children.
