Ta' Perelli is a 4 bedroom villa located in the village of Zebbug which is set on a hill overlooking some of the best scenery in Gozo. The internal of the villa is very spacious and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spare toilet, well equipped open plan kitchen dining and lounge all overlooking the sunny pool deck. The pool is of good size and also features a Jacuzzi.

All rates above except July and August rates are for up to 4 persons. Each extra person pays €15/£12 per night.
Changeover day
Our preferred change over day is either Tuesday or Saturday. This will be indicated when you contact us.
Check in is at 15:00 or after. Check out is not later than 12:00 (noon).

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. For lets longer than 1 week these are changed weekly. The villa is also cleaned every week. |

Accessibility
The villa is not exactly adapted to wheelchair users. There are no steps on the ground floor and to go out to the patio overlooking the pool deck. However there is 1 step from the patio down to the pool deck.
Outside
The highlight of the villa is obviously the abundance of external space provided. The pool deck overlooks the beautiful Marsalforn valley and looks out onto the open sea. On calm and clear days the view can be as far reaching as Sicliy 60 miles away. The pool is of good size and also features and Jacuzzi. Sun loungers and garden furniture is provided. A BBQ is available.
Most of the pool area is not overlooked but for absolute privacy a first floor terrace is available. From here the view gets even better.
Coast/Beach
Gozo is only 9 miles by 5 miles so you are never far away from any beach. The closest beach is Marsalforn bay (8 mins drive away) which although does not have a large sandy patch still makes for great swimming. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in this area.
Ramla beach, famous for its red sand is the most popular swimming area in Gozo. This is about a 15 mins drive away. Other popular beaches in Gozo such as Xlendi Bay and Hondoq are within a 20 mins drive.
Travel
The airport is on the main island of Malta. There are a number of ways to get to Gozo. This can either be done by a 10 minute sea plane ride which takes off from the Grand Harbour in Valletta. You will first be transported from the airport to the harbour in Valletta. This trip takes around 15 mins.
The more popular option is by ferry. A maximum of 45 mins ride from the airport takes you to Cirkewwa ferry terminal. The ferry operates every hour at least and the trip takes around 20 mins.
Distances
The main town of Victoria is only 5 minutes ride away. Most shopping can be done in this town. Places of interest include the 5000 year old Ggantija Temples in Xaghra, the Azure Window and the Inland Sea in Dwejra and the Citadel in Victoria among others. As indicated before most areas in Gozo can be accessed within 20 minutes drive.
Further details
Restaurants are plentiful in Gozo and many of these serve excellent local and international cuisine. These can be found in many of the villages in Gozo but are concentrated in Victoria, Xlendi and Marsalforn. It is advisable to go around to different restaurants since the choice is excellent and in many instances well priced especially when compared to other European countries.
For grocery shopping, banks and other daily amenities it is best to do this in Victoria.

A 35% deposit is required to confirm all bookings with the balance being collected 10 weeks prior to check in date.
If a booking is cancelled a fee will be charged. Our cancellation fees are as follows.
