Pool size is approximately 10 x 25ft. Pool is not heated. Outside stairs leading to very large terrace with rattan sofa set, Both pool area and terrace are south facing. Sun loungers in pool area and umbrella in pool area. Barbecue in pool area.
Coast/Beach
On Gozo you are never more then 10 mins from the sea, when driving. The island boasts a variety of beautiful beaches, rocky coves and breathtaking sunsets over the water.
Special interest holidays
Gozo has a lot of heritage, many beautiful churches, idyllic walks along picturesque coves and beaches. A variety of watersports are available including diving and sailing.
Travel
Malta International Airport is located on the mainland which is easily accessed by ferry or sea plane. The ferry carries cars and the crossing is only 20 minutes long. The ferry departs from Cirkewwa on Malta to Mgarr Harbour on Gozo. Car hire is recomended and is easily available. Mgarr is about 3 miles from Xaghara. From Cirkewwa Malta airport is about 15 miles. Busses and taxis do operate from the airport to Cickewwa and also from Mgarr to Xaghara.

Victoria is the capital of Gozo, formally called Rabat, it is approximately 3 miles from Xaghara.

Xaghara has 2 banks one with a cash point machine (HSBC) in the square, several supermarkets, shops, chemists and restaurants. The square boasts the largest number of bars and restaurants on the island over looked by the beautiful church which celebrates its fiesta the first weekend in September. Many guests comment on the ambiance of the square all year round. Ggantija neolithic temples, historical windmill and Xerri's grotto are also all within walking distance of the villa. Xahgra is one of the most popular desitinations for european tourists on the island. Due to its facilities and location.
