Best part of St.Julians part of an enclosed complex overlooking the sea front. All major five star hotels are in this area, which is the main entertainment spot of the island .Situated in a peaceful area , the apartment is bright and sunny with sea views from the kitchen, sitting and dining rooms. Terrace is ideal for relaxation and drinks. Walking distance to Sliema and 20 minutes to the airport. Beach opposite is a blue flag beach. The only one yet in Malta. By car it is 5 minutes to the main through-fare road. A swimming pool is within the complex, which guests can use against a daily rate which can also include lunch. All waterports available just across the beach, including diving, skiing, windsurfing, etc and hire of boats. Boat trips to other parts of the island. There is a huge cinema complex nearby, bowling, fitness centres, and a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, and night clubs. Beautiful walks along the promenade that stretches all the way to Valletta.

About the owner
Hi My name is Joseph Camilleri, and I live in Mosta Malta. My wife Doris and I had acquired this property in St.Julians in1995. After extensive refurbishment, we decided to rent the place either long or short let. This place to me is very special to me, as it affords a comfortable lifestyle, very spacious, and a fantastic position on the seafront. It is in a very quiet area, yet a few minutes walk and you are in the hassle and bustle of Paceville. Malta's main entertainment centre with numerous shops, restaurants etc. Yet... in the opposite direction, you can walk by the seafront towards Pembroke, where there are hardly any buildings. A walk there is just about as relaxing and away from it all as it can be. Just sea and rocky shore. It has been refurbished again in 2011.

The location is just fabulous. Central yet quiet. You will love the area and the character of this place.
