Courtyard entrance into lounge which can sleep 2 via double sofa bed or 2 single beds on request from owners. Lounge consists of leather suite, coffee table, TV with cable, music system (no air conditioning) but fans can be supplied. Dining room with table and chairs within kitchen area. Fitted kitchen complete with built-in cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedrooms and the family bathroom off dining area, 1 x 2 single beds and wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside table. 1 x king size bed (accessed via steps down) complete with en suite shower and walk-in wardrobe. Shared washing machine can be accessed via the laundry room within the complex. Rotary washing line. Swimming pool area consists of easily accessed pool and sun loungers complete with shower, toilet outside. Outside wooden table and chairs. Barbecue. |

Flat 1, suitable for childern, elderly or infirm as on level ground.
Flat 2, suitable subject to stairs within the bedroom area.
Winter time heating will be supplied via gas or electric heaters
Flat 2 does have internal marble stairs leading to master bedroom.
Accessibility
Property is suitable for people with mobility problems once accessed steep incline as both properties on the flat.
Flat 2 does have internal marble stairs to main bedroom but not to other bedroom.

Easily accessed pool via steps and surrounding sundeck with extensive views.
Gas BBQ on sundeck.

15 mins walk or 3 mins by car.

Malta International Airport, 45 minutes by car, car hire avaliable at airport or locally.
Transfers can be arranged subject to extra cost.
Car hire not necessary buses at top of road or owners can provide car at a cost, excursions can be arranged via company who do transfers very reasonable no sharing with others.

600m to local shops/supermarket who will deliver shopping for you.
Further details
Local restaurants at top of road and area of complex is within local residential area. No discounts offered for booking multiple weeks.

If Payment is through British Bank Account this will have to be done through an IBAN Transfer (International Money transfer bank to bank)Amount to be paid in Euros not sterling.
Booking of the apartment/s will only be confirmed on deposit or argreed arrangement. Please do not book flights until informed monies received.

We arrived from UK not sure what to expect as been booked via a 3rd party, very pleased with accommodation, pool and views excellent. Once found way about, very easy access.
Mary and Dominic excellent hosts. We will be back, Margaret and Ian Telford Shropshire.
We had a fabulous week - the apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, and the pool was fantastic - we spent a lot of time in it or around it!! The bathrooms were well appointed, with plenty of hot water and towels. The views were great down to the coast, and being a little higher up we managed, on several days, to catch a bit of a breeze - very welcome in the heatwave (some days it was 42/43 C!!)Dominic and Mary were lovely, and very helpful; infact they couldn't do enough for you, within a short walk there were a good selection of shops and restaurants; the patisserie shop was particularly good. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and we would highly recommend this apartment.
