Secure gated entrance, gives access to steep (down incline/drive) to level complex may not suit elderly or infirm unless using car. Properties give ample space for comfortable relaxing holiday, owners happy to provide advice and information with regards to local area.

Patio doors from lounge give extensive views over swimming pool and surrounding area. Lounge can sleep 2, via double sofabed or 2 single beds on request from owners. Lounge consists of 2 sofas, coffee table, TV with cable TV (most channels) and air conditioning (payable extra). Music system.
Dining room with table and chairs within lounge area.
Off lounge to fitted kitchen complete with built-in cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Hallway to fitted bathroom with bath shower/mixer tap, toilet and sink.
1st bedroom 2/3 single beds, large wardrobe and dressing table.
2nd bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe and dressing table.
Opposite double bedroom shower room complete with large enclosed shower, sink and toilet.
Shared washing machine can be accessed via the laundry room within the complex.
Rotary washing line.
Swimming pool area consists of easily accessed pool and sun loungers complete with shower, toilet outside.

Property is suitable for people with mobility problems once accessed steep incline as both properties on the flat.
Flat 2 does have internal marble stairs to main bedroom but not to other bedroom.

Car hire not necessary buses at top of road or owners can provide car at a cost, excursions can be arranged via company who do transfers very reasonable no sharing with others.

600m to local shops/supermarket who will deliver shopping for you.

Further details
Local restaurants at top of road and area of complex is within local residential area. No discounts offered for booking multiple weeks.

If Payment is through British Bank Account this will have to be done through an IBAN Transfer (International Money transfer bank to bank)Amount to be paid in Euros not sterling.
Booking of the apartment/s will only be confirmed on deposit or argreed arrangement. Please do not book flights until informed monies received.

Guest comments
We arrived from UK not sure what to expect as been booked via a 3rd party, very pleased with accommodation, pool and views excellent. Once found way about, very easy access.
Mary and Dominic excellent hosts. We will be back, Margaret and Ian Telford Shropshire.
We had a fabulous week - the apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, and the pool was fantastic - we spent a lot of time in it or around it!! The bathrooms were well appointed, with plenty of hot water and towels. The views were great down to the coast, and being a little higher up we managed, on several days, to catch a bit of a breeze - very welcome in the heatwave (some days it was 42/43 C!!)Dominic and Mary were lovely, and very helpful; infact they couldn't do enough for you, within a short walk there were a good selection of shops and restaurants; the patisserie shop was particularly good. Everyone enjoyed the holiday and we would highly recommend this apartment.
