Notes on accommodation
Villa Lazzarin is a beautifully furnished and equipped detached property offering spacious accommodation at a very reasonable cost. Solar panels provide plentiful hot water. The property is protected with an alarm system. An intercom with 2 video units and 2 hand sets control gate entry. The garage and main entry gates are remotely controlled. There are several fans, 2 Convair portable air conditioning units, airconditioning in all three bedrooms.
Outside
The property is on a corner plot, has a surround wall with a flower garden to one side. At the rear is a Jacuzzi that can seat six adults. Entry is either to the front, side or rear door.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous places to swim within easy reach by car in the south of the island from a few minutes drive to approximately 15 minutes.
Golf
Nearest golf course is at Marsa approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
There is an abundance of unspoilt rugged coastline to explore providing stunning scenery for keen walkers and cyclists alike. The Blue Grotto is approximately 20 minutes by walk and the clear blue waters are excellent for diving and snorkelling. Nearby scuba rentals are available at the Blue Grotto.
Travel
Malta International Airport is only 10 minutes by car. The bus terminus is a short walk away in the village with frequent service to Valetta and beyond. A rental car is highly recommended to fully appreciate this historic island.

Further details
There are several shops and bars in the village, two banks (one HSBC) with ATM, and a weekly market every Thursday morning. Internet access is available on request.

A booking deposit of 25% is required together with full payment and security deposit 6 weeks prior to departure.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for our stay at your wonderful villa - what a fabulous place. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree really made it special for the children (and us) and the fact that you went to the trouble of organising a cot for us made life so much easier.
Joseph was extremely helpful and patient, waiting for us at the villa, bearing in mind our flight was delayed for a considerable period of time.
We had a marvellous time and will definitely be in touch again (in the near future) to stay again.
