The flat is located a minutes walk from all amenities in centre of most beautiful part of Marsascala. It is comfortably furnished and sleeps six persons. The flat offers living/dining room with integral kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, one double bedroom en-suite with side sea view balcony and two twin bedrooms with side sea view balcony. Amenities include designated swimming areas, (sandy beach approx. 10 minutes away at St Thomas Bay), restaurants, bars cafes, takeways, fastfoods, specialised restaurants, outdoor bigscreen TV, multi-screen cinema, swimming pool approx 5 minutes.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.

| Kitchen: | Twin tub washing machine, gas cooker with oven, cutlery, crockery, glassware, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, wood class topped table with 6 chairs, removable table and chairs for alfresco meals. Kitchen units, breakfast bar, sink etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has cable TV, video player and videos, DVD player and DVDs, leather sofa and armchairs. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels, linen, bed quilts are included. The property is cleaned once a week as well as the towels and linen but all can be cleaned/changed more regularly for extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
For saftey sake no children should be left alone, nor allowed to go onto the rooftop unaccompanied. Always lock the access door to the roof and keep the key well hidden from children.
Accessibility
The flat has been partially equipment for people with some form of mobility problems eg. hand-rails, bathroom facilities, wide enough doors for wheelchair access etc.
Outside
The flat has a very large back balcony which is suitable for barbecues, sunbathing, etc without the need to go up onto the roof. This is adviseable for parents with young children for added peace of mind .
Coast/Beach
A minutes walk to designated swimming areas (marked with blue, steps close to piers. Also suitable for sunbathing and picnics. Closest pier, outside front door, turn left, across the road, is most suitable for fishing. For sandy beach, walk approx 10 minutes towards St Thomas Bay.
Travel
The main airport, Luqa airport (sometimes called Valletta airport) is approx.15 minutes away. There is a taxi office operating 24 hours or you can be picked up (prior arrangement necessary) for the taxi fee(approx £8 Maltese). Recommend hiring a car as this gives you the freedom to see as much of this beautiful historic Island as possible and would also give you time to make a day trip to visit Gozo, though there are adequate bus services available approx. every 20 minutes.
Distances
Nearest village of interest is the fishing village of Marsaxloxx , approx 10 minutes by car, with its beautiful daily market of fresh fish, assortment of local foods, clothes, momentos etc.
Further details
From the front door of the flat, if you turn left, then left again all along that walk are restaurants, takeaways local and specialised, whilst on your right you would be looking out to sea and sightings of the otherside of the bay with its line of restaurants, bars, takeaways, internet services etc. If you turn left again at the end of the walk (turning right would take you to the otherside of the bay), on the right would be the "Hole in the Wall" and a specialist restaurant (if you cross the road at this point and walk straight on you will see more bars, restaurants and the multi-screen cinema, carry on walking and you will get to the sandy beaches of St Thomas Bay), carry on walking up the hill on your left there is a new shopping complex, a large supermarket, fresh vegetable shop, on your right (across the road) a local snack bar, if you turn left at the end (without crossing the road), you will be walking downhill towards the front door again.
