Notes on accommodation
All apartments are suitable for children. stairs leading to first floor apartments are protected with a gate which allows parents to keep closed at all times if necessary. Heaters, extra blankets, carpets and flanelette sheets are also provided for the winter months. Bath towel and face towel for every guest. Linen in bedrooms, tea towels in kitchen. Ironing board and iron provided in every apartment. Weekly change of linen and towels. Bath mats in bathrooms. Airport transfers and car hire at competitive prices can be provided. Food packs provided upon request. Beach towels not provided. Extra beds can be provided at an extra charge of 50 per bed per week. Cots are available at 25 per cot per week

2 bedroom apartment at ground floor level ideal for people with mobility problems and elderly. Facility of allocated parking spaces for all apartments within the property.
Outside
Swimming pool measuring 13 feet by 25 feet (approx). All safety measures have been taken to ensure guests use the pool facility in a safe manner.
The pool is shared for all 3 apartments.
Pool area comprises of sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecue area, toilet and shower facility.
Coast/Beach
The northern part of the island has several sandy beaches. some can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by foot and others within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance.

Golf course is around 40 minutes away.

About the owner
I am a Maltese citizen and have always lived in the village of Mellieha on the island of Malta.
I have been doing rentals since I was a teenager when my father used to rent his properties in the seventies and that was with letter corresponding as we did not know what computers were at that time.
I together with my husband now own the villa Margherita with the help of my late father and are very proud with this property.
We are 4 in the family with 2 daughters and 2 cats.We live on the top floor of the villa Margherita and we meet with all the clients that visit.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We had built this property purposely for renting it to tourists as the location where it stands boasts the ideal place for visitors as it is very close to the best beaches in Malta and also within walking distance to the village amenities.
Unique benefits of the property
The Margherita offers a very pleasant pool and pool area and also terraces with seaviews.
The apartments are equipped with all the necessities and is always monitored between bookings so that everything is working in order.
We also take good care of our plants and garden so that the outside is pleasant to be in.
The property is also within walking distance to some very good restaurants in the village, and within 3 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and bus stop.
