The accommodation includes tasteful furnishings, the master bedroom includes en suite, double bed with wardrobe and dresser. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds, double wardrobe and dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sitting area is located adjacent to the balcony overlooking the valley. Modern bathroom consists of double aqua shower and tasteful surroundings. Entertainment facilities are also available comprising of 32" LCD TV set, DVD player, a Playstation 2 and a selection of Playstation 2 games. CDs with a variety of music are available that are available for you to use. You are welcome to bring your own music CDs and/or films to use. Portable fans are available in each room. (Please note that the TV does not have a Reception but films are provided for your entertainment.)

Outside
The apartment has a roomy balcony overlooking the valley of Xlendi. The balcony benefits from an awning for those hot summer days if required. It is also provides the perfect al fresco experience for a special romantic evening.
Coast/Beach
The accommodation is located a 5 minutes walk (400 metres)to the sea front, local shops and restaurants. Xlendi Bay is ideal for families with children as it is protected by a natural reef and does not suffer with strong currents. Xlendi is also favoured by divers because it benefits from great visibility and interesting marine life.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malta International Airport at 39 kilometers. The ferry port in Gozo, known as Mgarr is 8 kilometres away (approximately 15 minutes).
Transfers to and from the property are available upon request at an additional cost.
Distances
The island of Gozo offers the traveller much to explore and discover that range from prehistoric temples to historical events and have made Gozo what it is today. Many people refer to Gozo as the land where time stands still and in many ways that is still true.
Further details
The beach area offers a wide selection to holiday makers including a choice of Italian pizza and pasta venues, local cuisine and seafood. The location also includes a fantastic ice cream palour favoured by children as well as adults.

I live in England but lived most of my youth in Gozo. I love Gozo and part of my heart will always remain there. The island is lovely and seems to have something for everyone. I really enjoy visiting the beaches and finded secluded quiet beaches to sit down, relax and enjoy a good book.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Gozo is a beautiful place and still maintains its natural way and is not spoilt by heavy tourism. The beaches are beautiful and there are several bars and restaurants to accommodate everyone. Xlendi is one of the most popular beaches on Gozo and caters for most. There is a bus on a regular basis that goes to the capital Victoria every day (excluding Sundays).
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment has a balcony that overlooks the valley of Xlendi with a view of Xlendi bay to the right of the property. The apartment benefits from two good size bedrooms, main bedroom en-suite and has a double shower for all the family to use. A playstation 2 is installed at the property for all to use with a small selection of games available.
