Changeover day
Change over day is flexible and check in is usually at 2:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. However if the proprty is available other times may be arranged to suite customer.

Two outdoor balocnies one at the front and one at the back. The front offers typlical town views while the one at the back offers townhouse back garden views and distant views of Valletta outskirts.
Coast/Beach
A rocky beach is approx five to seven minutes by walk. Additionally one may also catch one of the various cruise boats offering round Malta trips or trips to Comino and Gozo. These leave from Sliema ferries 2 minutes away. Various buses offer direct tris to popular beaches and leave from terminus 2 minutes walk.

15 minute drive is the Marsa golf course
Travel
Airport is 15 - 20 minutes away and can be reached by bus. There is no need for car hire since bus service is frequent and only 2 mins away. if however a car is hired free safe street parking is available in same street or in streets close by.

Sliema is very central and close to all places of interest.
Further details
Various shops are close by to this property such as Tigne Point, Plaza Shopping centre etc. A variety of restaurants are also available along the promenade together with the main banks which are only a 2 mins walk from apartment. Busses offering direct links to Gozo ferry and airport leave from the terminus close by.
