From the pool area various large glass and wood doors lead to the open plan kitchen and dining area equipped with all modern comforts. A large wooden old table that can seat up to 8 persons is available. Just off the dining area one finds the living room equipped with sofa and large stone fire place. All these rooms overlook the pool area and terraces ensuring children are supervised when outside. The ground floor also has the first twin bedroom and shower room. First floor comprises of the remaining 3 bedrooms (1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower while a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath serves the other 2 bedrooms. All three upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned. This is on a pay per use system. Broadband internet is available for a very small weekly charge.

Prices are for the property per night in UK pounds. Rates in July and August are for the whole house. Remaining rates are for up to 4 persons. Each extra person pays £8 nightly.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover days are Saturday and Tuesday but we're not fixed to these. We will work around your requirements.

Outside
The entrance to the farmhouse is from a car port that opens up to the pool area and large surrounding deck. This area is very spacious and is surrounded by a small mature garden. Facilities include a BBQ, plenty of deck chairs and table and chairs. Enjoying complete privacy the deck and terraces boast the most amazing panoramic views.

Coast/Beach
The property is located within a 15 min drive to Gozo's most popular beaches including Marsalforn, Xlendi and Ramla beach.

Travel
The only airport in Malta and Gozo is Malta International airport. From the airport you can take a taxi to the Cirkewwa Ferry terminal which takes about 45 mins. A 20 min ferry crossing to Gozo leaves you in Mgarr Harbour which is only a 10 min car ride from the house.

Distances
The Island of Gozo is only 9 miles by 5 miles which means that all areas are easily accessible. Places of interest include the Azure Window, the Inland Sea, the Citadel etc.

Booking notes
Bookings can only be confirmed by paying 35% deposit. The balance can be paid during your stay at the farmhouse, preferably on arrival.
